We worked with Rachel for almost a full year finding our first house. She was AMAZINGLY diligent, creative and thorough throughout the process, from helping us a) find our home, which was in a neighborhood that wasn't even on our radar until she suggested it; b) going thru the bidding process, which we did 4 times; c) placing a winning bid; d) settling our title and dealing with the paperwork, securing our loan and finally moving in. More, the sellers of our house had several liens and abatements outstanding, and there were a number of other issues. Rachel went WAY, WAY above and beyond getting everything resolved for us, even though the vast majority of the work should have been done by the sellers and their agent. She's incredibly patient, has a good sense of humor (important), and really took the time to understand what we were looking for AND finding homes that matched our stated criteria.
